पैर से दिव्यांग राकेश रंजन उर्फ विजय झा अपने बेटे के साथ बाइक से समाहरणालय पहुंचे। चलने में परेशानी थी, इसलिए वह बाइक पर ही बैठे रहे।
जब उनकी इच्छा का संदेश डीएम तक पहुंचा, तो रिची पांडेय ने उन्हें ऑफिस में बुलाने के बजाय खुद उनके पास पहुंचने का फैसला किया।
विजय झा ने बाइक पर बैठे-बैठे डीएम को चादर ओढ़ाकर सम्मानित किया। यह दृश्य देखकर वहां मौजूद लोग भी भावुक हो गए।
