दिल्ली के नरेला की रहने वाली नूपुर गोयल ने यह साबित कर दिया कि लगातार असफलताएं भी उस व्यक्ति को नहीं रोक सकतीं, जिसने अपने लक्ष्य पर विश्वास बनाए रखा हो।
रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, नूपुर ऐसे क्षेत्र से आती हैं जहां महिला साक्षरता दर अपेक्षाकृत कम थी। उन्हें अक्सर यह सुनना पड़ता था कि “लड़कियों को इतना पढ़ने की क्या जरूरत है?” और “अब शादी की उम्र हो गई है।”
लेकिन उनके परिवार ने हर कदम पर उनका साथ दिया। उन पर कभी शादी का दबाव नहीं बनाया गया और उन्हें अपने सपनों को पूरा करने की पूरी आजादी मिली।
UPSC के पहले पांच प्रयासों में उन्हें सफलता नहीं मिली। इसी दौरान वर्ष 2017 में उनका चयन इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो (IB) में हुआ। नौकरी की जिम्मेदारियों के साथ उन्होंने अपनी तैयारी जारी रखी और आखिरकार UPSC 2019 में ऑल इंडिया रैंक 11 हासिल कर भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (IAS) में चयनित हुईं।
आज वही लोग, जो कभी उनकी पढ़ाई पर सवाल उठाते थे, अपनी बेटियों की शिक्षा और करियर के लिए उनसे सलाह लेते हैं।
नूपुर गोयल की कहानी हमें सिखाती है कि समाज की सोच बदलने का सबसे प्रभावशाली तरीका अपनी सफलता से जवाब देना है। ❤️
